Bart Veldkamp
Olympic athlete. Arctic guide.
I live and work in the Arctic.
My work is simple.
I bring people into a real environment, where things slow down and space opens up.
I don’t run programs. There is no fixed format.
Each week is shaped by the landscape, the conditions, and the people in it.
Before this, my life was in elite sport.
Olympic medalist.
Years of training, competition, and coaching at the highest level — working with pressure, focus, and performance.
What I do now is different.
Less performance.
But the same foundation remains — attention, awareness, and operating under real conditions.
The Arctic does most of the work — weather, movement, and silence create the shift.
Simple tools during the week help to slow down and create space. I guide the process.
Small groups.
Sometimes just one person.
No fixed script.
No unnecessary input.
For some, it’s a reset.
For others, a deeper experience in winter — moving on skis, carrying what you need, and living outside.
It’s about stepping out long enough to see clearly again.
